A half pound of fresh, thinly sliced ribeye steak with Real American cheese piled on top a South Philly hoagie roll. American Cheese, grilled onions and ketchup is recommended. We don't do Whiz or other fake cheeses but if you choose Swiss (aka john Kerry style) we won't judge.
