Fresh, never frozen or precooked, chicken wing sections tossed with genuine Buffalo sauce and served with bleu cheese on the side. We prepare the Buffalo sauce as is proper with just two ingredients--Frank's Hot Sauce and butter and we even make the bleu cheese dressing ourselves.
